1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Renyou Shop (“the platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, customers and users of the service.
2. Products & parapharmacy
Renyou Shop is an online parapharmacy marketplace. Products are non-prescription unless explicitly marked “Prescription Required”. For items requiring a prescription, a valid document must be provided before dispatch. Product information is provided for general guidance and does not replace professional medical advice.
3. Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in Tunisian Dinar (DT) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Delivery is free on orders over 100 DT; otherwise a flat delivery fee applies. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns & refunds
Products may be returned within the period required by applicable Tunisian consumer law, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Certain hygiene and prescription items may be non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renyou Shop shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
